I just got back from the post office! They said I have to wait 21 days before I can file a claim! They said it's not lost, they said the sorting facility is having problems.... I call BS but I can't do shit about it for 21 days! I have another glass order coming in on monday, I'll make you another one!

It hasn't shown up yet! My mail man doesn't come until 5pm pacific time, Still have 4 hours! If they don't show up by Monday I can make you new ones and send them out or wait until the original ones get here. usps never fails to me amaze me how poor of quality can come from a postal service. If it fits in our box we guarantee to make it it's destination in 3-30 days with a few dents.
