its dwc in a 17 gallon rubbermaid bin. i used the coir plugs an mist them with RO water. they sprout fine. but once the 1st set of leaves show its always a hault.
i used PHed RO water 5.5-6.0. no nutes they didnt grow anymore then 2" tall an had starting minor yellowing. TDS meter was reading 10.1 after PHed.
then i thought well maybe they need some nutes (2 weeks in, only 2" tall)so i added nutes to the rez an i had about 50-70 PPM at PH level of 5.5-6.0. they yellowed even more.
so i thought well maybe not enough nutes(this is two weeks an 3 days later their only 2" still an yellowing leaves) so i added more nutes to about 300 PPM an again PH to 5.5-6.0. fucking even worse.....
so i change the rez back to RO water at 5.5-6.0.. still fuckign yellowing. cant figure it out.
the only thing that concerns me is that i have the PH to 5.5-6.0 an when i get home from work its at 7.0 to 8.0 an i adjust it back. dont think its a bacteria issue but i heard thats what causes a huge PH fluctuation.
im seriously stumped. every fucking time i get them past this stage they rip up tall an look sick af fuck. but 9 out of 10 there herms. an i think its due to the stress in the beginning.
