Hi, I have a similar problem along with the dark red stems. Week 3 - 4 after first white pistils.

I was using TNC calmag and I think this is the suspect, as it's almost 2 years old. I'm using biobizz nutrients and I ordered some biobizz calmag, administered an Epsom flush at the time and did a calmag foliar spray only on the large fan leave yesterday. Looking better.

Just introducing bloom nutrients slowly at first now. My last crop died at this point, same symptoms. The buds just shrivelled up and died after looking really good.
