So it starts from the base Z (which is zero on the first run) and then increments Z on each iteration (n being the number of iterations), also adding a preset constant C on each iteration... By doing this thousands of times it gets the values for the coordinates on a 3 dimensional axis [Z1,Z2,Z3]... And the incrementing coordinates plots is just like you would plot a graph of Sin(X).That entire box is build form this simple equation in 3-d
But the colours they added were not mathematical, thats just cheating... Unless they made the scale of colour a number and matched that with the value of Z?

they could have made z a density function and assigned the color gradients to a specific density. no i don't have the exact numbers or functions they used. But every different number they start with would create an infinitely different structure.
