Better yet, Do you know a place that sells seeds and accepts paypal?

haha yes. google is always a good place to start. then just look up the site you are looking at on sites like this one

It is against PayPal's policies to use it as a payment method on a site selling cannabis seeds, so I'd be wary if you actually find someone that accepts it directly. We used to, but we were then told to remove it.

It's probably worth finding a reputable site, then just contacting them to see if they will accept it (even if it isn't advertised).
