I have a few indoor plants at almost 2 months old. The days here are between 55 to 60 degrees
now. The night flucuate between mid 40s to mid 30s at least for the next couple
weeks. I built a mini coldframe with plastic 4 mil and conduit, a small hoophouse. Do you think
my plants would be okay to place outside in the frame during this weather? Myself, I think it would
be okay, just looking for others opions. Thanks.

personally i would wait till night time temps are up a bit more. mid 30s seems a bit too low just like low 40s. i would wait till aroun 50 nights and 65 to 70 degrees days. but its all up to you to decided.

Yes you can do it but I would recommend some sort of a space/propane heater to place in the enclosure with a fan circulating and pushing the warm air. With temperatures below 65 photosynthesis rate will slow down so your plants will not grow as fast, temperatures under 50 will stop growth and anything under 40 will start to damage leaf tissue slightly. If it is consistently cold every night it may make things worse. Also I'm not sure where you live but you may need supplemental lighting once the sun goes down unless you want your plants to start flowering.

Your just slowing them down imo. They'll be fine but just won't splode during that time. When temps raise so will they. I've kept clones in "hibernation" for months with cold temps. I'd hope for 40+ check temp in room to see diff.
