planning my second grow

my first grow is down to its last 4 weeks or so . its going to be successful but i want to do better . a lot better . in a minimalist way .

i have an elcheapo 2x4x5 tent , i have enough confidence in the zipper to use it again .
light is a kingled . what i know about it , it has two switches . one says veg the other flower . yep its crap but its what i have .
a 4 inch inline vent fan , one 3 gallon fabric pot .

i do have enough strive two part nutrients to get threw another grow , but going with anything except a soil grow will be beyond my financial means . drain to waste soil growing like i have been doing is just stupid , beyond stupid i don't need to do it again .

i have a few things i know i want .
an oscillating fan of some type . basic supplies to do lst like trellis netting . a light timer and a mold/ pest preventative .

i want to grow two plants again . there is so much out there ..... i have no clue . id like to do two different strains . photo's .

grow medium will probably be pearlite and the cheapest soil i can find at wally world or home depot . along with some fertilizer that resembles miracle grow .

that's about as far as I've gotten in my plan , it needs some work

Use dr.earth triple 5 dry it's pretty cheap and scratch into top of soil every couple weeks and if you can afford some simple seaweed or kelp to spray on leaves and give a good drink every couple weeks.also other than that extra perlite and a decent light soil sounds good. Black gold is good not to expensive just stay away from miracle grow soils they kill plants.
