Planning out a grow indoor then flower outdoor

Hi everyone, I'm just posting up here to fly some ideas i have for growing before spring next year.

My plan is to start out in my closet with nirvana seeds: like 3 afghan and 3 traveling thai. Veg them with cfl lights (idk how many yet) during late winter, then when it is spring time (i'm in NY) and they are a good size, move them outside to flower and hopefully harvest so i have a good amount of time to enjoy it with my friends before i go away to college and a supply of great shit for when i'm home on vacation. I'm gonna have to ask my parents too which will be awesome because i dont think they know i smoke haha. But they're cool and chill

Does anyone know if you have to buy 10 seeds with every strain from nirvana cause i dont want a huge thing here, like i said, 3 afghan and 3 traveling thai would be perfect.

At least one female from each strain and idk how much i could be yielding here. Thanks for your help in advance!

yea I'm thinking that i will try to call them up and do it that way so i can convince the person to send me the number I want.

Do you know any seedbanks which are reliable and do allow mixing and matching?

Should 5 gallon buckets be fine for vegging my plants before i move them outdoors?

How many cfl lights do you think will be necessary to have at least 2 plants in the end after sexing them?

I forgot! When should I begin growing these from seed if I wanna put the already vegged plants in the ground at around 4/20 to flower? (how much time should I veg them for?)

Alright last one haha: Would it be a good idea to grow inside of the 5 gallon buckets for vegging on top of my roof where they would get a bunch of sun or should I have them in the ground where they would get a bit less?

you can veg in anything just at least its a good size for roots to grow. 5 gal is fine.

and you plan on vegging indoor correct?

if you flower outside make sure its a place where the plant will get 12 hours of light and not be seen by neighbors or anything

I'm in the burbs or NY but neighbors are not an issue.... (edit) We have a lot of land but so many trees that finding a nicely lit spot will be difficult

Thanks for all the help Camaro +rep

stealth or not carrying a large plant to your grow is gonna be tricky, and don't grow in your folks backyards!
