Plant broke in 1/2, any fixes??

Rt above where I topped 2 months ago, I guess the weight of buds beginning to grow bent it too much!! The first pic is where it split, guessing I need to put electric tape around it bc the cut is all open!! The second pic is what broke off and plant the pieces in a new pot with a lot of cloning gel, hoping for the best or anyone think the plant will just die???

For future reference if you could turn the lights off to take photos.

That isn't to bad, put some insulating tape around it.
In future cut slightly above the nodes to prevent it happening.

Bro I freaked when I did it lol I have done it alpt it's my first time grow too, just use bread ties and keep twisting till its tight enough to hold it together, as for me I saw the broken plants stayed alive litterally yesterday broke the main stem in half down the middle want to know what I did this time got some tweezers pushed them through the stems between them and since tweezers are naturally like clenched it held it perfectly
