Is my plant permantly ruined? or am i not giving it enough sun? or water? its outside...or have i moved it toomuch?

What's wrong with that? Do you mean the yellow on the cotyledon's

mean's your plant is healthy. The cotyledons are like food sac's once your plant's root's are fully functional they dry up and fall away.
