glad to help
what are your watering practices? Do you allow some water to run-to-waste? This is soil yes? and what type of soil and what is your nutrition regime like?
Like buddha said, rising the plant off of where your water collects allows the base of the pot to breathe and allows you more control of the moisture in the pot.
If the plant isn't getting runoff and you are feeding it, you can have salts build up and cause problems like toxicities. Also, coco coir mixed into the soil can lead to pH issues, if it isn't amended properly. I am working on a coco soil mix because I grow indoors in pure coco and have a lot of old used coco I would like to use outside to repurpose it. Most people who I see have issues in soil are using a coco-soil mixture.
