I was looking around Dr Earths website the other day, ran across this "Soil Detox". Sounds like it will bind with heavy metals and make them unable to be taken up by plants? It's pricey, but I guess if your gonna be using your soil for a while it might be worth it? Not sure how long it works, for instance if you keep using ammendments with heavy metals, I would imagine it can only lock up so many.

I wouldn't waste money on that product. It's basically charcoal and bentonite clay with some microbes. Not worth $129 a pound and doubtful to do what they claim. It's another pricey product targeted towards cannabis growers.

This is actually what I've been doing since I read that. I love my Mr. Fulvic, it's the best stuff ever, but I stop using it at about 3 weeks into flower. My buds have always looked good when I use it all the way through, but I don't want to do something that lowers my THC-although that's just a single study.
i'm with you on that. and 30+% thc loss is alot. i'm gonna put it on the shelf for now.

Very true, this is one reason I started experimenting with microalgae as a replacement for macroalgae. Spirulina has all the auxins and cytokinins of kelp, but with a high amino acid content too-it's much easier to overdose than kelp, but it's an incredible clean replacement option-given you buy a brand that's clean of course. You can use it in a foliar with fulvic during Veg and watch any lime green plants green up fast!
This is exactly what I needed to hear today, do you mind if I ask, how much spirulina do you use in a foliar spray?
