Plant Height During Flowering?

I'm about to flip to 12/12 for flowering on my Tahoe OG plants. They are about 2 feet tall. During flowering I was told they'd grow between an additional 1.5 to 2 feet.

Would anyone happen to know if that includes the main cola? I think I may be in a situation where I've vegged too long, and before I get any deeper I need to find out if this additional stretch includes or doesn't include the cola.

As always, thank you for helping a newb!

Allowing for 18 inches of clearance between the light and canopy, I have approx. 21-24 inches of growth space left.

I havent messed with cmh.....yet. but i run hps with lots of training...multi strain. One of my favs is my Fire og. She stretches alot. But i train alot. I think u will be ok. Watch ur environment. Night/daytime temps shouldnt go past 15° swings. from what U heard will help with stretch. But not sure. Either way paying attention to ur environment never hurts. Have u trained it all? If u havent trained...or sometimes even when u do colas go crazy. Even when I train at least one or two of my babies will throw up massive colas that dominate. But i think alot has to do with strain. I would suggest holla at sum tahoe og folks. They would give u a better idea. Much respect and I hope ur plants are as fruitful as u hope for. PEACE
