Plant help please

I read other related posts and I am guessing this is a watering issue, but the plant has gone through transplanting stress so I wanted to get some input. This is an electric fruit punch clone I picked up a few days ago. It was started hydroponically and I transplanted it in Fox Farms soil with a little extra Colombian bat guano. I filled the bottom inch of the container with hydroton balls and watered it. It's under CFL right now for veg and will go under hps for flowering. The leaves are droppy (like many of our eyes) and have a couple small yellow patches. Could it be in shock from the transplant? Is it over watered? My others are doing great under the same conditions. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

looks locked up to m,e with burnt tips means ph is off and not getting the foods. and maybe to wet from that droopyness. let it dry right up all way to bottom of pots then do a run off check for ph out the bottom. is this soil or soiless, makes a diff on the ph needed

It looks like soil with very little perlite. When a plant looks like this after transplant, I give it some SuperThrive hormones.

i wouldnt give it anything or it will make it worse. adding anything will only make the ph out even more. it has food if its in new soil and just cant eat it with ph out. tip burn is lack of food. but new soil has food so this tells me ph is off. 99% of the time its ph

Thanks for all the quick replies. The soil is new Fox Farms and its supposed to be ph balanced. I use RO water that's around 6.0. I'm new at this indoor stuff and didn't want to go hydro yet.

ok well ph ballanced means nothing. all soils or soiless mixes have lime to buffer the ph in the medium but we sioll need to ph the food and water. all that ballanced means is to help keep the ph up where it should be. in soil use pH 6.3 for all waters and foods. so ill bet the pH dropped out then. there are lots of things that cause this....like to wet to often. if the medium cant dry right it wont allow the ph to come back up from lack of o2 in root zone and throws off the cation exchange and this drops the ph in the mix.

so dont add anything, make sure it dries all way to bottom of pots then run 6.3 water till run off and check the ph of it. i bet its belpow 6 and then if is just keep adding that same pH`d water till the ph coming out the bottom is up closert to 6.5. most new spoils or soiless are set5 to 6.7 or 8.
