Plant is droopy and leaves curling down like tacos?

12 x 26 watt CFL's (2700K)

2 Females in flowering.

Ferti-lome blooming solution. its like 5-59-23

Temps in room are 78 Degrees almost always. sometimes closer to 80 but never over.

Expert potting soil (wal-mart.)

Usually tap water (6.8 ph)

water when in to 2 in's of soil is dry.

Plants are in 8 in pots and are about 6 weeks old.






So two of my four females leaves are curling down like they got to much water (but they didnt) and there are some random spots but not many, probably from nute burn but i do not give nutes a lot only like once a week.I am confused cause the other 2 are doing great with clean flat leaves under the same conditions... i hate curling leaves ughhg.

Water when the whole pot is dry,pick it up when its watered,then pick it up when its dry.This will let yo know when to water.
