Dark - pitch frigging black, no chance of light leaks - 36 hours. Meaning close the door, lock it and ignore your curiosity. Then resume 12/12. Consider your 12/12 times before putting in/taking out of dark. Also pot can and will flower with as little as 10 hours of dark (supposedly 9 but I personally know they will on 10) which can increase your bud with the extra light. If choosing to go 14/10 then do it right off the bat coming off the 36 hours of dark. Heavy metal music helps if the plants are sitting on a surface where they can feel the vibes. Not kidding. By times I just meant when you would be available to retrieve her and expose her to light. Assuming you have timers for the daily cycles. She won't know or care what time she goes in. COOL in the room she's in. 60-65 is not too cold at all and even colder is OK. No cold drafts on her, just cool/cold air to sleep in and fans going.
