Plant Issue, Over Watering?

using Black Gold all purpose blend (coco) with Happy Frog mixed 1:1 in 7 gallon pots with the following nutrients added: green sand, rock phosphate, planters II, kelp meal, humate, sulpomag, nitrogen bat guano. Plants are holding water for almost 2 weeks now and showing signs through leaves (see image). I have never used the all purpose blend, just the organic mix which usually drains well. It seems that the coco is holding the water and suffocating the plants. Do the leaf signs look like water stress? I checked the roots today and don't see any signs of root rot, just very moist soil (still). I have been flushing with water and espom salts as I thought it was MG deficiency. I haven't fed nutes lately at all as they have that in the soil already and didn't want to over fert. Suggestions?

Also, please note I notice the tips curl downward like cat claws when I do water. Is this a symptom of over watering?

Turned dehumid on to try and dry out the coco. it is taking forever and probably should have cut it with a lot of perlite or dont' use coco (me no like). Been almost 3 weeks since last 10 second flush to each plant with clear water/epsom salts (thought it was MG def). Any thoughts?

Took 4 weeks to dry out completely. Did a 5 second only watering this time to see effects. Could over fert in soil be an issue here?
