Plant lost all smell?

:o:hump::hump::hump:On my first grow, I over did Miracle Grow and had really dark leaves and large fan leaves curled under. Also over watered. Plants had alot of smell but lost all smell when I flowered. Buds were growing even though leaves looked awful. Just really would like to know why they lost the smell. Hopefully next ones will be much better.
 
It will come back dont worry if they are healthy then no worries but some strains arent very smelly at all what are you growing ?

yah, i agree with ocali on this.. some strains go through phases when growing ... some days they may stink to high heavens, and others, not so mucch.. and some strains just don't have much smell at all when flowering..
i know i grew chocolate rain from sannies seed shop made by e@kobar, and it had some odor when flowering, but nothing compared to the stank that came off of the dried and cured buds.. holy crap, it was a night and day difference really couldn't get over it honestly...

what strain are you growing op??
 
chocolate rain huh?? im gonna check it out racerboy and, i totally agree that they do go through smell phases too.
 
Mine super smell when I first water them...I like to sprinkle and sniff, and then sprinkle and sniff again...lol.

yah, chocolate rain is easily in my top three, and probably even my number one smoke to date.. super dank stuff.. they also have a chocolate mix where they used i think it's the same mom used to create chocolate rain, and hit it with a bunch of soma's strains that i have as well, but haven't grown any out as of yet..
i'm also growing chocolate rain x amnesia haze atm that has me super stoked as well.. it was a freebie from sannies... that's just one more killer thing about sannies, you get to pick what you want for your freebies from a long list of dank that other breeders would be charging top dollar for.. :)
 
Thanks for the replies. I thought I had really screwed that plant up badly that it lost all smell. It was bagseed. Got rid of it as all large leaves were dead and it looked a little strange. Have 2nd try going now and looks good so far. Learned alot on that first go round.
 
Yay! I'll be getting chocolate from sannie's huge fan of anesthesia, bluediesel and jackberry so far!... Are your temps and RH alrite?
