First things first. That plant needs a bigger pot. It is getting a little too big for it's britches. You're going to have root-bound issues if you don't upsize. One thing I've learned about Sativas, they will flower when they're damn good and ready to flower.

ok first off "root bound" is a myth as long as you water it then your fine...... but youll have to water it alot more often. if you can pull the whole plant out of the pot by the stem and the roots hold all the soil in the root ball then transplant into the ground. and as for your flowering issue. how many hours of sun do you get down there atm?

ya hes right ab the watering more often but i personally dnt like watering everyday once it does fill the media up, plus they become rly sensitive to ferts, and yes dirt is fine if ur low on money, is it not too cold where u live for outside?

Actually, it's not a myth. You CAN grow in a small pot but it WILL stunt your plant and reduce your yield significantly. But, I'm not here to argue. If you say there's no such thing as being root bound then so be it. :)

O.k. from the side the pot looks a LOT bigger. :D Now you just play the waiting game. I have one plant that is going crazy with flowers and another that's only producing leaf sets and it's getting bigger and bigger. I started 12/12 on the 4th.
