Plant not flowering?

Hey guys maybe one of u have a solution for me? Plant has been on 12/12 for the last 10 days with no flowering at all? No light leaks what so ever. Plant is about 60 or so days old now so it's mature enough. So I'm kinda stumped on this one never had this problem before. Don't know if i should just let it go and see what happens? Not sure the strain it's from a mix indoor seed pack

Is plant old enough to go into flower like when it starts grow one leaf one node etc if it not it takes a while to kick it into flower

24/0 veg cycle will delay flowering a little bit more than 18/6 veg cycle.
To much nitrogen will delay flowering.
Temperatures if there low will slow plant process's
