Plant problem i have never seen. Help!

Look at the end of the leaf at the edges. Theres a uniformed yellowing on the leaves. This is the beginning stage at which the leaf will become consumed with it, become brittle and die off. Has anyone seen this or know the cause.

A little about my setup:
sealed room
day temp 78 at plants, night temp 68
1500 ppm co2
ffof soil
3 600 watt hps, but only 1 is on for veg
house an garden base nutes with a mixture of others
ph 6.5-7.0 in, runnoff is 6.0-6.5
plants r 3 weeks in veg, i want to flip soon
Ppm: 600 using ro water
this yellowing on the leaves is not strain dependent. It has happened on multiple strains and seems to be happenong when i put them in the sealed room. Oh and strain is tahoe og. Thanks!

It looks like nute burn to me. On top of that heat/light stress. How far away are you light my friend?>

They are 2 and 1/2 feet away and the controller hangs right next to plants so as soon as it gets 76 degrees my mini split kicks on. Nutes have been pretty low. Maybe just water for now?

Yea thats odd because i have everything dialed in as far as enviornment. Anybody have any possible nute ideas? Deffiicient.. Toxicity? Ppms arent that high at only 600 goin in. Last watering only contained azos by xtreme gardening, cal mag and sweet. Ph to 6.5 using the drops to check ph cause i hate buying a new probe for my hanna combo every grow. Any ideas guys? And thanks for everyone who has given me their thoughts :)

Lockout caused by high/low PH. Also yes burn, but it looks to be antagonizing a magnesium deficiency.

purple peptoles are one thing but purple stems are another.
