Plant problem please help possible nutrient burn

Hi guys my 3 week old seed has just started going brown/yellow could this be nutrient burn ?

im useing a 400w hps bulb

normally i use a 1/4 strength solution but last time i use half strength canna A+B

Any advice would be really helpfull

Nute burn also called 'too much food on plants' is easy fixed with a flush of air temp water 3 times the volume of the pot, allow to drain overnight, no further nutes until you see a positive growth, then again most grow easy under 6500k not the 2700 kelvin you are using now?

Try half nutes first. Then work your way up depending on the plants needs

Guano based soils are very susceptible to any kind of bug imaginable. Imagine bugs on your family's dog poop but microscopic.
