Plant Problem W/DETAILS! Help Please!

Those damaged fan leaves will never recover I don't think...they could probably be removed anytime. The newer leaves and the ones in behind the shade leafs are a deep green. They ALL have the "claw" going on...I'd say flush with clear water(let them dry up a bit first if they are already wet).

I think you have an iron deficiency. try foliar feeding one plant with chelated iron.
