Plant problem

Hello Rollitup,
My plant is 3 weeks and 2 days old. I am growing it inside in a grow box. It is under 100 watts CFL 6500k Daylight bulbs. I water the plant whenever the pot is dry, and when I water it I usually water it with 2 cups water.

It is growing in Fox Farms ocean forest organic soil. And it is obviously in vegetative state.

It started showing signs of being sick a few days ago. Some of the leafsets were drooping down so we decided to chop them off. We watered it and it fixed the drooping within a few hours.

I have been growing the plant with no nutrients so far, but I have picked up bottles of Fox farms Grow big (6-4-4) for vegetative, and a bottle of FF Tiger bloom(2-8-4) for flowering.

Is this merely a sign of nutrient defiecency and will clear up after it is fed with 1/4 strength Grow Big on the next watering?

One more question, is it alright if I follow this feeding chart?
http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/feedingfox.html
I am going to feed it every other watering and move up 1/4 strength until it meets full strength.

Thanks.

FFoF needs to be nuted after 2-3 weeks so I would feed them now. I use FFoF and experienced the same stuff you got in my current grow. Just needed nutes. Your in the beginning stages though so give it to em now and youll be fine!

oh, and the nutes wont change whats already been done. will just prevent further spread. so it might continue for a few days after you give em nutes.
