Sorry for bumping, but this is exactly what is going on with my plant, i usually let the water sit but one or two times i didn't so i'm pretty sure this is why. Thanks RIU, what would I do without you? Now the question is, should I flush with water thas has been let to sit out or should i wait till it's dry then water as normal with the sit out water?

re-pot to a good neutral potting mix with plenty of perlite, water only when dry, and feed less. and a bigger pot. re-set this grow. imo

I thought so. And what would you advice to me, probably wait till dry, water with water that has been let to sit out? Or flush now with the water that has been let sit out?

just water.....no flush. let it ride it out. flush may be the knockout punch. a good ole watering in a new mix will fix things, imo

THATS YOUR PROBLEM LET THE WATER SIT CHLORINE BURN....let the water sit for a few days then water the plant, make sure not to overwater her too and I am making a new post on my grow room its cheap and very effective. Heres the link https://www.rollitup.org/grow-room-design-setup/164731-cheap-cfl-growroom-setup.html#post2125561
Well it depends on what area you live in and what kind of water treatment they are doing, a lot of water treatment facilities don't use chlorine they use chlorimine(misspelled)which doesn't turn to gas and evaporate from tap water when left out. U would need to use some sort of filter to remove it from the water.
