The green are just the bract for the pistil, like a corn and the husk. You should find hella hair throughout the plant in the nodes. It'll show sex when ready, i thought. Im gonna try the clone method with my new seeds. like grow em out, take one cut from each seed (plant), root em, then flower em as soon as they show roots. never done it this way before.

yes if you put her outside but control the amount of light she gets to 12 hrs on 12 hrs off she will initiate flowering.

i had a plant that looked alot like this one last year, i vegged it indoors under cfls for months, then took it outside to veg some more through the summer by the time it finished flowering the plant ended up being over 6 foot tall and yielded close to one pound.

So I just did my research and it apears that were I live the longest sun day in the year is only 14hrs 38 min long in march month after that the longest day light or sun light doring the year is between 12hr to 13hr a day witch I belive if I just leave her outside she will flower imidiatly because I read anything under 14hr of sun a day will make her flower am I correct ?

I kind of like them a bit stretchy like that because it allows the lights to penetrate all parts of the plant. It will yield a lot if it gets more light for the flowering stage.
