Plant spotted and yellow - help me identify

I found this plant by the side of the road on the 19th, and it was looking pretty sad - really withered, brown, and spotted. I brought it back to life with 24hrs light and it slowly recovered. Now the new leaves that started off healthy are showing the same problem. Yellowish spots are appearing on the edges of the blades that were initially healthy after a few days.

I thought it might have been a nutrient deficiency, so I started adding 50ml of fertilized H20 with 50ml regular H20 daily. I've now notched that down to using FH20 every other day instead. I've got it on 18/6 light cycle with 40W CFL (2300L 2700K), temp is 22-24 Celsius, humidity is between 38-56%. Anyone got any ideas about this?

That light isn't going to cut it. 2700k is more like the red spectrum. I can see how it would stunt the plants growth. You need something in the 6500k area. The plant looks a little burnt.....do you mist under the said light? Also, when you mix your nutes do you test the pH? That could be a problem as well.
