Day 4 and leaning over?

Let me guess, you're growing in a cardboard box with an incandescent grow lamp stuck in the top?

To fix your problem, get a real light and research the subject a bit more.

(edit: just read your post more clearly.. If it's outside with 10 hours of light a day, it's going to yield very little. Is there access to direct sunlight even?)

Even if it's not too cold out, it's too early to start growing outside. At latitude 35 degrees N, at least wait for the march equinox, but ideally consider planting outside in may. Also consider something sativa leaning for outdoors at that latitude to take advantage of the long season.

The day lengths aren't long enough to keep the plant from flowering on Feb 1.

Don't feed your plants any nutrients until the first set of leaves start yellowing. Number one mistake by new growers is over-fertilizing and fucking with their plants too much. Give it PH'd water and leave it alone. Don't over-water, either. Let the soil get pretty dry before watering. Only water a cup or so at a time for the first couple of weeks.

Why would you suggest a sativa-leaning variety to a newbie that is having obvious over-fertilization problems as it is? Sativas are notoriously sensitive to rookie mistakes such as over watering, over fertilization, etc. He needs an 8 week 60/40 or 50/50 hybrid and way less nutrients. You are absolutely right about it being too early to grow outdoors, though.

Because he's growing outdoors in southern california. I don't see how it would be harder to grow a sativa outdoors. But yeah, I did mean a hybrid, but leaning sativa.

Ok well im pretty sure its sativa because if past grows, long and tall.ill keep this thread posted if it comes back and i have more seeds germinating. I know its too early to start but im bored with a bunch of bag seed haha.i have a computer case with working fans, just need to know how to take it apart and i can use that mabey?

The computer case will be okay for small seedlings or clones. Anything larger than a solo cup is going to be too large I'm sure. You may be more creative than myself, though.

Have to Call BS here, Sativas are a lot easier to grow.
Sativa-Indica over watering, over fertilization is equally bad.

I know a lot of Idicas that are finicky as any kinda plant Ive grown.Over 100 diff, strains.

Yes, and with your experience, I'm sure you know that Sativas are more commonly sensitive than Indicas. I have had Sativas that will take a beating as well, but that is the exception, not the rule.
Don't make this harder than it has to be for the new guys. Give them the general rule of thumb and don't overload them. I'll be damned if I didn't get led astray for the first year or so that I was growing by people on this very forum.
