plant stopped growing

after the 3rd set of leaves my plant just stopped growing the leaves are getting bigger but no new heighth grow and the plant is only about 3 weeks old plus its my first grow and i was wondering if somebody could tell me if they have ever had a plant look like this with the toundnesd on the leaves

it was given to me from a friend believed to be purple haze

i have other plants that i got the seeds from a seed bank and they are doing great

It's just a little mutant, I've had really odd ass plants before and some of them have turned out really nice but most end up being low yielders.
