PLant Strecthing! Help a Newbie Please!

I am a little freaked out. I transferred my plant from outside and it survived the "shock" period and is growing and look healthy Thank God, Now I'm super scared that I've created a hermaphrodite monster, my plant looks weird and one "limb/nod" is stretching vertically also my plant seems not to have developed the "traditional" serrated leaves that I've been researching about. The New skyscraper (ha) in the middle is different from the initial 2 buds though. Please Help Any advice is welcome
