Would I have enough with a 600w hps?
A 600 watts HPS could flower up to a 6 x 6 area. So if you were to bring them inside, do you have enough square footage to spread her wings out a bit before you flower? It could be one beautiful beast by the time she bears fruit.

Honestly that looks a lot like what happens when a plant flowers with an excess of N.

1)what soil are they in
2)what size pot
3)how long in that pot before they started flowering
4)what nutrients

As above ^^ regarding nitrogen. And I see some single leaves high indicating recent reveg. Take it in. Snap those tall branches to make them lay over. They’ll straighten up quickly so repeat as necessary until they kind of stay down. Watch the bud development and production along it.

It's hard to get a look at the full size image on my laptop, (can't move the pic side to side), but it kind of looks like there's a lot of spider mite damage, IF that's what it is I wouldn't bring it in if you have any other plants in there. I'd still give it some thought if you're planning to have some growing in there any time soon. You'd have to do a good, thorough cleaning after this one's done, their eggs can stay around for quite a while.

Just some black gold with coco and perlite I planned on leaving it in the 7 gallon but I think I'm going to have to go bigger using our blend pro nutes but this one is just getting pure water
