last night to prove a very important point i had to cut down my first beautiful female one week into flowering. i have the plant stem cut on a 45 and in warm water with nutes right now should i try to let it regrow roots and replant it? or should i cut clones change lights back to 18/6 and send them back into veg and regrow my strain?

If its got a bunch of nice branches on it, might as well do some cloning. Btw, what point were you trying to prove by cutting your girl down?

keeping my marriage together i can always grow another plant i cant replace a 7 year relationship my wife or daughter. i kinda figured that was a good enough reason to clip my lady. what will happen to my flowers on the bud sights will they stay when the plants go back to veg? and i could grow a new mommy outta a clone cant i? and if i cut off top 3 nodes with main stem could i get it to root and keep it in flower and just grow a cola? thanks

I'm still not getting this, you cut down your main plant, but now your going to grow clones? What you wife said "no mother plants, but clones are just fine".

this just makes no sense.......

lol ok she (wife) and i got into a huge fight she threatened to leave and i said that i would do anything for her because she is the most important thing in my life. she thought my plant was more important than her so to keep everything good in my life i cut her (mother plant) down. wishfully thinking i could grow a clone off of her into a new mother plant after everything calmed down. make sense now?

Not really, the next fight you have you will end up chopping that plant down too. If your wife is against it there really is no point in even trying to grow.

If your wife is against it there really is no point in even trying to stay with her.

i really appreciate everyones honesty seriously me and her decided to take a break. i came home a week later to find that she was taking better care of my clones than i had been. lol

So it was ok for your wife to have the plant cut yesterday but its ok for you to have it today?

damn yall make me laugh. just punched one hole in the wall and cut down a plant. glad i did it now i have 10 healthy clones that i am getting ready to ScrOG.
