Plant wilting problems...help

I recently put 6 plants outside 3 in the ground and 3 in 5 gallon pots. the ones in the ground are doing fine, great actually, but the plants in the pots seem to be over watered...i know time will tell but my question is does sulfur help plant wilting or just growth?

Sulfer does not if u are overwatering that is your problem. if u take a pic we can help you more and provide more info like your ph of soil, ppm/ec of the water

You did harden these off before you put them outside correct? Didnt just take them from inside to right outside did you?

yes i gave them time to get comfy

Is it hot there? Black pots get hot and roots may have gotten too hot. Limp stems is Usually thirst..

No it's cold just now warming up after the past 3 days 58 low but overcast no sun

Your plant uses such small amounts of sulfur, that its not going to do anything unless you have an obvious def.
It looks to me like your plants need water or they arnt adjusted to the bright light of the sun.
Cut a little hole near the bottom of your planter or stick your finger up one of the drainage holes in the bottom of the plant and see if its really wet, dry, or just right.
To me, it looks like your plant is slightly def in N and/or minerals, under or over watered, and/or unadjusted to the brightness of the sun.
If you have the option, plant them in the earth with some worm castings, bone meal, and kelp meal.
