You need the light right now...if you want any amount. Put that 400 on them asap.
Its on a 400w HPS right now I'm broke as a joke right now so I'l buy a Mh soon enough,, they're not too expensive so I'l put it up soon... is that a problem ? To switch from t5 to HPS to Mh in like 2 weeks ? It shouldn't be TOO bad eh ???

Thanks for the help guys !

The plant will love the Metal Halide when you can afford it (no rush, the HPS isn't quite the right spectrum, but it will do just fine).
No downside there, just make sure to start a bit high with the light while watching the leaf tips/edges closely for the first week or so while inching the light closer. You don't want to burn your baby.

what nutes and nugs said will be the most cost effective for you, so they set up like this . ' . with the plant in the middle. i would also suggest mixing the sectrtum, for veging i would have the top light 2700k and the two side lights 6500k, then reverse for flowering. this way the plant can maximise its bottom fan leaves too. in any case, that size plant needs more light whatever you decide.

EDIT: also, T5's can range from 28w to 54w, the generic one is usually the 28 which is around 3450 lumens i think.
Which light does 2700k and which one does 6500k ???

2700k is called warm white and is red biased, 6500k is cool white, blue spectrum. the kelvin values can vary though, but those are the ends i think :)
