Waaayy too early to tell. There is nothing in that picture that suggests you plant is old enough to show sex. The green spikes sticking out of the main nodes are NOT female pistils.

It's a baby, don't worry about it.

When is the very first signs of what gender is the plant (male/female) ?

some take longer then others... a cpl days to a cpl weeks.
