planted 9 seeds that had germinated questions please read

had 6 seeds had 1 inch tap roots and 3 had tiny tiny tap roots and 1 seed that had no tap root but still threw it in
maybe 1/4 inch deep with roots down in 4 gallon grow bags the light has been on for 4 hrs and soil was pretty dry up top so i hand watered half gallon of 5.9 ph d water the temp is 73-76
i have 4 4 ft t5 lights 4 inches from top of soil
so my question is should i feed ph d water half gallon for all 9 4 gallon coco coir pots does that sound right for just putting seedling into coco pots??
need some help is appreciated thankss

Slow down man you're gonna drown them. They are just starting out and don't need that much water. Be patient and let them do what they do......relax and read. Good luck. peace

there in five gallon pots almost that amounts to not even a cup of water a 4 gallon pot could that really drown seedling

question i woke up this morning and seed sproted above coco and half of tap root and seed was exposed to 200 watts from 4 inches awayy is there anyway seed will still grow or cuz tap root was exposed to light its gonna b and shock and die??
