planting different sex's

Is it possible to plant two strans that already sprouted into the same container not knowing what sex they are?Also can I flower them together? when they get big enough. If one is male and the other female, can I cut the male out before it pollenates?

don't do it. the roots will compete against each other and you may have problems. get 2 pots.
