I am looking to find out what strain is HIGHLY mold resistant. would I be looking for a landrace sativa from wetter areas?

I would grab a couple packs of the spring cleaning seeds from mr. nice http://www.mrnice.nl/auctions/browse.php?PAGE=1&id=199 probally the best for quality, price and quantity. as for strain how far south are you? some of them landrace sativas don't finish till december.
