Planting my Germinated seeds!! Advice!

Hello everyone, I am currently about to start my 3rd attempt at growing. First attempt well lets say barely began. I killed the seedlings with nutrients (I think). Second time around I almost grew a second set of leaves until the leaves drooped and the plant died. All seeds were bought online from a fairly credible site (Canadian) all seeds were feminized as well. Everything went well until about 1 week after planted into coco coir both times. Now the third, I want to get this right dammit! SO, I have germinated the 2 feminzied 00 kush seeds in paper towel which I will be planting tonight. Here are my questions;I am planting in organic coco coir with no perlite or extra additives, is this good? Should I be using nutrients? Should I add cast worms? I read lots of places no need in coco. Anyways, how wet? I posted pictures before and everyone said I killed via watering. So I don't want this problem again.... so... what im asking is, how do I plant in coco coir? temp, ph, humidity, lighting, distance...... Kind of a scrambling message here, but I think everyone will get the point. Thanks in advance

No offense but you should of started with bag seeds to learn the process, it's a shame losing good expensive seeds.

Lol, well I did a lot of research prior to ordering, clearly, not enough. I just ordered 15 reg seed, so I didn't waste this time. Lol no offence taken, I like constructive criticism

this isn't directed at you man, but I swear, people really over think seed germination (like weed is a frigging iris or orchid, or some shit)...

bro, next seeds you get; run out and get rapid rooters and a gallon of distilled water; screw all the pH adjusting, nutrients and other bullshit... wet the rapid rooter with the distilled water, place the seed in the hole and rip a small amount of that rapid rooter to plug the hole (gingerly) ...put that on top of a fridge (or other warm spot), and in 24-72 hrs I'd bet you'll see the seed sprout...
next, get one of those clamp lights from Home depot and a 23W "Daylight" bulb ...soon as the seed sprouts, wet the plug (don't squeeze it!!!) then turn the lamp on and place it about 2-3" from the seedling ...MAKE DAMN SURE you wet the plug 2x daily (or whatever, depending on your relative humidity, maybe 1-3X, but do not let it dry out!!!!!)

edit to add: the "distilled water" is ONLY to germ the seed; get some proper pH measuring stuff for your grow regardless...
