For all the people saying this is normal please don't come near my plants.
OP stated he "switched" from veg to flower nutrients. This would indicate no Part A being fed and only Part B. With almost no nitrogen being fed to the plant it's no surprise the plants look as they do.
@Vikky_Chips consult your nutrient companies recommended feeding levels for flower. I'm sure Part A is still part of the schedule.

Quoted from the Guitar Man: During final stages of maturity, the leaves will turn yellow. Trying to maintain green leaves all the way and into the final stage of Flowering seems to not only be unnatural, but also confuses a grower to when the plant is actually finished, as this is an important signal to know when to cut our plant(s) down.

Thanks all,
tbh i'm finding some conflicting info here which is making things a bit confusing (this is my first time growing).
I introduced some nitrogen into the mix a couple days ago and will up the flowering nutes to 7mil per litre.
The nutrient company advises to switch to the flower AB once flowers appear.
Here are some more photos.. I have no idea when to harvest these either. Tips on that would be helpful!
