plants are cupping

i have 3 plants and 2 of them are starting to cup and one is cupping more then the other

ok im growing with cfls 2 inches away
temps are usually at 70 to 78 degrees
humidity is unknown but ill say bout 20 percent
there in ffof soil
no nute yet
and there only 2 weeks and 5 days old

plz some one help me

20 percent is to low for veg, they do not really look like there is anything wrong with them. if they were mine i wouldnt really do anything that im not already doing to them, they look fine good luck
 
The edges are drooping because of excess N in the plant's "diet". Too much N was metabolized, the lpant created excess tissue that has become to heavy to keep up, so it's drooping. Notice that the leaves seem a bit too dark green, while new growth (I suppose your avatar is a pic of this particular plant) is light green. This is an obvious indicator of N toxicity. In your case it's still mild, in more serious cases the veins start turning dark green too.

Flush and lower your nute concentration.
 
New leaves should never be a different color than old leaves, otherwise you know it's either a deficiency (iron, sulfur, copper, manganese) or an N toxicity.
