I don't know what it is for sure the leafs are turning yellowish at the bottom. Right now i am using 2 100 wat soft bulb lights, before that i used a 250 wat heat lamp. I just switched the lights few days ago and moved the plants into another room for more space and fresh air. I was thinking about using LED christmas lights but ...I don't know for sure. Money is kinda tight so there is only few things I can buy. Another problem could be the ph is off but I don't have any stuff that will increase the acidic lvl. Oh yah I did try baking soda but it didn't do much.....or maby i didn't use it right. Anyways plz any tips I would appreciate.

Oh hell nawww. You need to make several changes. First go out and buy 4 23 watt or above daylight (6500k) cfl's. Then you need to go and get some 1g pots and transplant the plants. then you need to buy a cheap ph tester at your local pet shop. then you need to not water more than every 3 or 4 days. After that your plants will perk up.

For starters work with what you got until you can afford $10-$20 You will NEED these items

spot shot-hangable bug repellent works on everything no spraying involved.
2 or more "daytime" cfls the curly spiral "bulb"
2 or more soft cfls
2 or more heat utility lamp ballasts
mylar NO tinfoil or white walls are fine too
ph test strips, can get them in any pool isle, test water runoff when flushing once a month when plant is dry and due for a watering.
dolomite lime to mix with soil or water to fix and stabilize ph. can purchase at home depot walmart doesnt sell it. On a side note i mixed dolomite pelletized with the water about 1 tablespoon in 1 cup and watered with that right after the initial watering/feeding. (worked for me)

You can get all of these things on the cheap if you dont screw up and buy the wrong stuff like i did "buying wrong bulbs etc" The daytime cfl's will give the blue light spectrum needed for veg and soft will give more of a red spec. used more during flower

FOR NOW stop overwatering do not water until plant soil is dry 3 inches down if you used miracle grow soil w/fertilizer you may have a difficult time with your young plant for a couple weeks because its getting burned and overwatered. Does not need nutes or fert for a couple weeks, work on a healthy root system. Expect the bottom leaves to yellow and fall off with time this is normal. Good luck

Hey guys I appreciate all the tips and as I seen that people do care about my crappy plants. I went to the store and bought some stuff. Check out my pimped out grow room :blsmoke:lol. Umm I went and got some new soil organic growing soil and some pet humus to loosen hard soil. I couldn't find any stuff to change ph lvl so I might have to look for it online. Got 2 cfls one is for growing plants and the other is just a table under lamp however both of them are 75 wats plus i got 2 100 wat soft bulb lights....think it would be enough? Another thing I have a fan pointed right at the subwoofer grow in a closet I was thinking about putting in some computer fans in the box but how would I be able to do that. Thx for reading mates :bigjoint:

I would get rid of the incandescent bulbs. They are creating heat and not doing anything to help the plants. Also in the 1st post you say you want to increase the acidity but baking soda would do the exact opposite. Baking soda will raise ph (more basic) and vinegar will lower ph ( more acidic).

Update picks!! I got new fluorescent bulbs 100 watt each for all my plants and changed the Ph lvl to 6.8. Oh and I got a new timer I keep the lights on 18 hours light 6 hours dark. I will be switching lights pretty soon for my bigger plant 12/12.
