So in the 7 years I been growing I have never had the amount of problems I have had with this grow...problem after problem.

So I changed my res last Saturday,we get to wensday everything is fine ppm fine at 300 from 600 temps fine humidity during day 35% during light off 55%,ph fine the next day my leafs are curled up to shit as you see on the first 2 pics,I cut off damaged leafs and flush for a day still no good the rest of my leafs have now done as you see from the next pics I have lost 80 % of leaves in 2 days.

Now my question is do I go with my gut instinct and chop these sacks of shit down and restart?
I don't wanna waste any more time if there just gonna die..

I only have 2 plants and they both got hit, roots are thriving too...

I would check, if you can, inside that huge root ball. I would guess you might have some rot in there? What are your res temps? Getting too warm?

Noo, it's not root rot,my other plant got hit the exact way in the space of 2 nights and I was flushing the 2nd night when the problem carried on I recharged res again today with a fresh lot of feed fingerrs are crossed.

I think the others might be on with the phosphorus deficiency.

I think that's Wat it is brought on threw humidity stress,I realised 2 weeks back my humidity was hitting 80% during night however I got that dropped to 40-50% at the beginning of last week, I just thought it hit rather quick in 24 hours has anybody had a deficiency hit that quick? Not 1 bad leaf or sign of bad leaf and then twisted to shit in 24 hours?

Also it was my first week of flower feed this week also adding less p

Probably a combo of both heat and phosphorus. Problems tend to happen with other problems, making it that much harder diagnose.

put them outside in the shade and they will be fine i had this problem they just need some nurtural fresh air. maybe theres no much co2 in your house or something bad in the air but just put them outside or get some real outside air into your grow room and you should be good

Is it getting an fresh OUTSIDE air? Or co2 from the tank or burner?

The leaves look a lot like they are eating themselves looking for more co2. I can show pics of what you get if you let them go too long without fresh air or co2 and looks very much like what you have going on there...

I got a bad batch of ffof and it did this to every plant I put in it. I started dwc and haven't had a problem since.
