I have Got 3 plants total with 6 27 watt and 2 42 watt CFLS. on 24 hrs for a month and a bit. i have some 20-20-20 been giving just a table spoon every 2 weeks

yeah you definatly need to give a nitrogen high nute, something like foxfarms grow big.

Yeah but is 20.20.20 bad for veg?i dont know if im undernuting or over..

no its fine but for a plant to grow properly the levels of nitrogen need to be higher during veg so if you want to keep using that nute that you have, you need to add a Nitrogen Nute booster. in addition. from the looks of your plants they are getting too much P and not enough N, which is from the wrong balance for growing weed.
