Plants are skinny and stretched out

I have 3 plants i planted outside on 420 and there over a foot tall but there really skinny, like the stalk is really flimsy? The seeds came from bagseed, its been raining alot too, how can i fix this problem?

are they getting enough sun?

thats a tough one just hope they survive

it could be the temp, mine were doing that since it drop to like 50 3 nights in a row
