For your space I would think something along these lines. https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/collections/lamps/products/hlg-300l-rspec . That shows a flower footprint of 3x3. There are a number of HLG users here who might have other recommendations but just by the specs the one I listed should do great.

They just make these figures up.

Take the net down, pull out the plants, strip everything bottom 3rd off, cut off any piss weak branches then bend what you have 90degrees to create a flat canopy. Then add your net back on top and add a new light and hope for the best.
