Plants dieing. Don't know why. Please help

You need to seriously increase the nitrogen. You can try slowly upping the amount of the the nute you are using but I would recommend getting something a little stronger. I have that same issue with my mothers because they get huge and I don't always up the nutrients I give them so the old leaves start to yellow and die.

Then your not feeding it enough nute/water solution. If the soil was wet, in a five gallon bucket... the roots would search out for more moisture/water/nutes and should last you a minimum of a few days seeing how your plants are so small and you're using 5 gallon buckets.
