Plants drinking more water adjust nutes?

the first nute feeding i gave them both the lowest dosage of nutrients. they both responded well. the next nutrient feeding i increased the dosage. Pineapple express took to it fine, but for some reason GDP had a bit of nute burn on some of the tips of the leaves. Fox farm ocean forest soil has enough nutrients in the soil to last 1 month. after that you need to supplement nutrients into the water. I put GDP back on the lowest dose because i thought maybe there was still some soil nutrients leftover which was combining with the bottled nutrients. Giving GDP a little bit too much. Which worked fine because after lowering back down and then waiting a week then increasing it again she did not have the nute burn on new growth. so right now GDP is at a dose lower than Pineapple express. Pineapple express on the other hand has been taking nutrients like a champ with no adverse effects at all! lol.

GDP sprouted 2 days before pineapple express i am not sure how much of a growth difference that could make.

I can answer all your questions with one answer.

This is my first grow and i am trying to be as careful as possible. I want to get through this with as lil screw ups as possible so far so good :) Start out small and then work your way up through baby steps.

Salt build up occurs from bad watering practices, not from the strength of your solution. You could still have salt build up feeding 1/2 strength if you dont water correctly.
I am not sure what watering correctly means but this is how i water my plants. Please let me know if this is good watering practice:

I water and tend to my plants every 3 days . I water with nutrients every 6 days. so every other watering.
I use well water
I always ph adjust my water to 6.4-6.5
When i water i use a basic watering can and water slowly starting from the outer perimeter of the pot working my way into the center. I water unitl the entire top of the pot is moist and until 20% runoff. then i check the runoff. and thats basically it.

next week. I only wanted to Veg for 6 weeks because this is my first grow and i wanted to get through it with as little mistakes as possible. So far so good. Lights off @ 12a.m, lights on @ 12p.m. its the best schedule i could come up with to work around personal and work times. I will be stopping all LST and pruning by week 2 of flower and just let em grow. Do you have any other advice that could help during flowering? my end goal is 3-4 oz per plant. If you need more information or pictures let me know.
My best advice is pot them up at least week before flip. 3G fabric filled with potting soil is asking for potbound in early mid flower if vegged for 6 weeks (also depends if you count that two weeks seedling stage or not). You can grow nice healthy small 2oz plant vegged for 4wks till the end without issues in 3G fabric but it definitely does not work for bigger ones. Air prunes the roots leading in excesive root growth. Also the temp in root zone is in average 1,0C lower than in plastic. I have never gone above 20C in fabric but very easily under 17C, thats quite not good for indoor grow, but they are good for outdoor. Good luck!

Salt build up occurs when your soil dries out too much and salts fall out of solution and crystallize in your medium. Think about how sea salt is made, pools of salt water are evaporated leaving behind crystallized salt, same process happens in your medium.
If you are monitoring run-off and EC levels are spiking, you need to change your watering habits.
