plants dying HELP

i planted some seeds in little dixie cups two weeks ago and they have gotten to be about 5 inches tall with little leaves growing on top. one of them got too top heavy when i was sleeping, bent over causing a crimp in the stem or whatever you call it and it died. i think the next one is going to die as well. how do i keep my plants from becoming too top heavy and falling over and dieing

i really want at least one good plant by the end of the growing season


help please
 
Put them into bigger pots without messing with the roots too much.
plant them all the way up to the leaves.
 
im not a pro but sounds like your light is not strong enough or not close enough to t plants, depends on the lighting like t other guy said
