Plants got too big. Roots are slowing current A LOT. Help.

Any suggestions to help a UCDWC system, 2" pipes, and too big of plants? My roots are so big they are slowing and sometimes blocking water flow in the system. Because of this, my nutrients, ph adjustments, etc... are all very slow to circulate.

I was worried about this too in my RDWC.. Im was thinking about make a (buttom) Net mesh to prevent this from happening.. Some hot glue should make it stick.. Havent tryid it yet because im in the middle of a grow.. But its something i got to get sortet..

Are your plants in flower? If there still in veg, i have read some where, you can prune some of those roots to allow normal flow rate. Someone will chime in pretty soon about the matter
